And so we have another awsome cover shot of yet another beautiful sunset on the Oregon coast. It makes it tough to improve on a masterpiece like that but we've got all day to work on it. So Crayons up and let's see what we can make of it.
It looks like I'm doomed to a snow-day. All the forecasts seem to agree that there will be snow to some depth at my elevation... now let's see if they are right. Have a great Tuesday! I'll be out in the backyard dancin' with the devil to ward off the snow.
Carl, what is your elevation? Since we are in Portland's old NE neighborhood, we are about 70' above sea level (or as they say, the 'valley floor')...so we won't get any, thankya geesus!!!
It is 36 now at 6:03. This cold snap sort of surprised me, I thought we really were through with winter.
Carol - Mi Casa is at about 700 feet at the house. No snow yet today but it's cold enough! The homestead goes up to about 1500 feet and it's about 2500 feet on the heights.
The forecast looks really looks bad for Jeannie's area. It's full blown BLIZZARD conditions in the Dakotas & Minnesota. Stay warm Jeannie!
Well, I really think most rodents are cute, I don't appreciate this weather! It's back down to 38 and windy!! Blahhhh!
I am cooking a corned beef for my wild Irishman, along with cabbage, rutabagas, carrots, onions and potatoes. No blarney there...I know I'm early for St.Pats day, but it's always 'Irish' here. :) It's one of his favorite dinners.

I am just glad it won't stay long.

Have you heard from her???
Carol - Nope! But I know she looks in. I'm just leavin' a note on the refrigerator door for when she does.
Carol
Blame this weather on the groundhog! We were fine until he poked his nose up out of the burrow.
