Greetings from Las Vegas. Almost 11 PM & still about 90º outside. I'm not sure I'm ready for that but everything is air conditioned so it doesn't really matter I guess.
Today's cover pic... a Canadian Goose mama with her brood.... she needs a medal for parenting with eight youngsters to care for. It would be farrrrrr beyond my capabilities.

Bought a new grill today. No problem getting it put together, but the darn thing has a gas leak. Now I need to get that fixed before I can fire it up. It's always something.
Mariposa, tell me the grill was not made in China.
I know what you mean about things you buy today. I save every receipt because we usually have to return something because it doesn't work.
Even if stuff does work, it doesn't do it for long. Guess that is why it's cheap. But the old saying "you get what you pay for" just isn't true anymore. You can pay more but the workmanship is just not there in most cases. I do try to buy American wherever I can, but it is not easy. So sad.
It looks like I need a washer, I can get what I need when I get back to work Tuesday.
