TGIF y'all! This has seemed like a very quick week for some reason. It hasn't been overwhelmingly productive for me but they don't all have to be I guess. What's on the agenda for the weekend? I've just got more of the outside stuff to work on... but it always seems to be that way. Have a great Friday but watch out, 'cause Saturday is riding hard on its tail end and will be here before you know it.

It's cooler today so it is not as bad at work. Still have my half day tomorrow then I think I may try to catch up on some sleep. Like that will ever happen.

Have a great day

Mariposa - How's the number one son handling the loss of his wheels? I can't even comprehend being 19 and on foot. But I was out and on my own at 17+. School and then the Navy took up the next seven years. You haven't mentioned Clyde lately. Is he still a thorn in your side?

Hopefully your weather will continue to have fair skies & tolerable temps. That just seems like a nice way to work into summer. :o)

Carl the boy is handling the lack of wheels the best he can. It's hard to tell I rarely see him. He does not usually come home until after I'm asleep and he is long gone when I get home.

Clyde HHHMMMM My sister told me some one posted a question on face book. Do you know some one who is alive today because killing them is illegal. Personally I can think of two or three.

I think the temps are to be in the 80s for the weekend, I can live with that.

Left over from last night:

Mariposa - If I was to make a snap judgement I would say that your browser, Intenet Explorer 9, caused the problem. It just doesn't work well with a lot of programs. My guess would be that PhotoBucket is one of those cases. IE9 is designed exclusively for Microsoft's Seven operating system and everything else has problems. Microsoft will probably come out with a "patch" to fix it eventually but I wouldn't plan on holding my breath until then. In the meantime, you can either live with it or you can go back to IE8.

Mariposa - It almost makes me wish I was into Facebook so I'd know how bad the question was. But, I don't Facebook! It didn't have anything to do with the word that starts with "M" did it? I can have Guido of The Brotherhood get in touch if you'd like.

Moved my new ceramic pots out 'refreshed' porch, those 2 pots combined with 2 older ones make a nice look. Carl, the rain cannot hurt the porch...it was only when the new finish and sealer were wet. After that dries it's good and tough. If we keep resealing it each year, we won't have to worry about the color fading again.

'out on the refreshed porch' geez, you'd think I could proof read my comments.

Damn! I feel so smug & superior! Yesterday, using the info on my weather station, I guessed that we wouldn't get rain until later today and I was RIGHT. Weather guessers... I want YOUR job! I'm battin' 100% on my accuracy proving I can GUESS better'n you! I love having my own gauges but I wish I was better at reading them. It also would help if I had hi-powered Dopler radar and a couple of weather ships anchored off the coast. Oh well! It seems a "lucky" guess is more accurate than all that expensive stuff!
