And, without fanfare we slide into the weekend... Yaaayyyy!!! It's Saturday! What's on the agenda today? Weather is going to be near perfect here in the swamp so that means I'll be outside working on my farmers tan. Actually, I've got a very large area that needs to be mowed. It's actually standing hay but I don't have animals so I'm giving it to a neighbor for his animals. He's going to mow and bale it but I've got to keep track of what his guys are doing because I've got a large area alongside it with baby trees that were planted a month or so ago. I'd really hate to have their equipment stray and mow my trees by mistake!! Eventually, the entire piece will be in trees but I wanted to stagger the sizes of the new plantings.
Today's cover pic is just a Clematis but I thought it was a very unusual coloration. It's another flower that is really attractive to Hummingbirds & Bees.
Have a great day and stay cool!!!!! If you have to work... blink three times & it'll almost be done.
Highs in the mid 80s today and the mowing crew got all the hay down without getting into my trees... YAY!!!!! In a few days they'll come in and bale it & haul it off. My neighbor thought I was nuts for just giving it away but to me it's only grass and that's not a commodity I need. Besides, he's forking out all the cost of cutting, baling, & hauling. It's just neighborly goodwill in my book. I'll get him to do me a favor some day.... Nuts like a fox!

We had a brief shower this morning, I hope that is not all we are getting.
Quiet weekend no work. Looks like can spend some time designing my next project.
