Okay! We're HERE! We've waited for it! We've been patient! Now, what do we do with it???? SATURDAY!!! Woo - hooooooo! So, what's everybody got planned for the day?

Mariposa Hopefully you don't have to work...

Here in the swamp we've got another picture perfect summer day in the forecast & I certainly am not going to waste it. I'v got so much to do though I don't know where to start. Somehow, I'll figure it out I think!

Have a GREAT Saturday.... no matter what you're doing!

Carl, your patio Dahlia is very similar to mine in the back yard..only difference is the orange mine have around the center 'eye'.

Another beautiful day shaping up :)

Mariposa, so sorry you have to work. Is all day? I remember the days when I had to go in on Sat but only till noon.

Carol it's only until noon, and that's only because the boss wants some one to babysit the warehouse while the store is open.

Mornin'! Nothing but blue skies & gentle breezes on the forecast for the next several days here in the swamp with temps in the 70s & 80s. Summer in Oregon doesn't get much better'n that.

I'm out to the chores at hand... they never seem to go away unless I get'm done.

Can some body send some cool air please! 102 right now...

Mariposa...I sent you some :)
How's the humidity???? Are you in your A/C'd house? (I hope)
Blah, don't send that kind of heat our way! We get those temps very rarely!

YEP I'm at home. Hubby and I just stepped out for a bite to eat, it is enough to take your breath away.

Got some 4" perennials on sale for 99 cents each. I will bring the 'tags' in after I plant them tomorrow morning. I bought 11 pots but some are duplicates. I think they will do very well in my circle and since they are small, I won't have to dig down far enough to disturb all those bulbs.

I meant to say I'll read the tags and tell you what they are. I know one is a ConeFlower. I almost made the mistake of getting a Forget-Me-Not!! Yikes, I've have my time with those pesky things. They are cute, but can take over!

Carol I have several cone flowers. Purple, white, and an orange. They usually have butterflies on them, but this year all they seem to attract are bees.

Mariposa, I have seen the cone flowers in several yards and they are pretty! I'll let you know what the names are of the others. 3 or maybe 4 (can't remember) of them are a beautiful burgundy color.
