Have a great Hump Day! Somehow it just doesn't feel like Wednesday already but I'll take it.
I just heard from Joey's vet that he is not a hybrid... which is a load off my shoulders. But she said his genetic makeup is pretty complex so it's pretty hard to make a definite determination. He did test out with a strong positive along the line that would include Maine Coon though which probably goes just as far in determining what he is. She said that the tests aren't 100% but for cats it's the only thing they've got. If I hadn't gotten him neutered I could have started a new breed of Sumo Wrestler cats.
Mr. Ed my sister has a Maine Coon and she is standoffish. She is happy with my sister but could care less about any one else. If she gets up in the top of her tree she does not want to be touched by any one.
That is the the way my friends Maine Coon was too...standoffish.
Still wonder why the other cats won't relate to Joey.
