Saturday! At last! Mariposa - Good luck finding your way through the rigors of your forced labor today. I don't know what I'll be doing but I'm sure something will present itself to me. That's the way it always seems to work out!
Today's cover shot: This guy was just out there hanging around "mooning" everybody. Officially, it's the first quarter heading toward waxing gibbous... but I think you need to be a "lunatic" to know what that is. It just seemed like a perfectly good night to do something "wild" in the moonlight. Oh well! Sleep is good too!
It was a beautiful drive in to work. The sky was clear, the sun was in my eyes, and I had to turn the heat on in the car. We have gone from mid 70s at 5 A.M. to about 42 when I Left this morning. I'll take it. It is much better than sweating as soon as I step out the door.

We are in a grey, humid mist this morning. It's sort of going downhill from there.
Carol- It was that way out here this morning also but it burned off before noon. I've now got 76° out here in the sun. ☺
I've been watching the Ducks teach Tenn. a few lessons. ☺
59 - 14 final in a game that wasn't that close! Oregon's backups got a lot of playing time. ☺

Wow! Sounds like I've missed a good'n! It's okay to DESTROY Cal! Keep that thought for USC & Stanford too!
My Beavs made me PROUD!!! They pulled a barn-burner out in overtime but more important, they refused to give up and played with tremendous heart. They haven't looked that good in their pre-season openers but tonight they put a complete game together and it gave them the win. Way to go Beavs!
