Mariposa - I know it's not the same but all I can do is share them through my camera lens. The season is probably already past at the arboretum you like so much. What was the name of that place? The one with the waterfalls and the legendary lady ghost?? You mentioned that you and your daughter went there. Damn CRS!!!!!!! BTW.... How's daughter doing?
I wanted to try to get back to The Old Mans Cave area, but that won't happen this year. Drat!!!!!
Daughter is doing fine. Still working, still seeing the ID 10 T. He got his GED, and is going to the local community college. There may be hope for him yet.
Son is still trying for his engineering degree, but that may not be right for him. His Dad told him if he doesn't spend more time cracking the books Dad won't be paying for the rest of his education. Maybe tough love will work.
Mariposa - Is his field aeronautical???? He will need to live and breathe math. If he doesn't have the "book ethic" down already, he's going to have a tough time.
Kudos to the ID10T for sticking with the GED. Unfortunately, it's like having a "Rabies Tag" when the rest of the dogs have a "Pedigree"!
I don't know how I could forget Glen Helen. It had such a "cute" ghost story attached to it...
Mr. Ed Not aeronautical, mechanical. I have no idea what he wants to do, neither does he. I guess his plan is to join the army, as if I don't have enough to worry about.
Mariposa - He's probably like a lot of kids & doesn't know what he wants... or even what he doesn't want! Right, wrong, or WHATEVER... he just wants to do his own thing. Of course, that's not the way the military works but he's not thinking that far ahead.
I spent the day in a replanting and changing of the guard for winter. I replaced all the stuff I took out last week with mums... nice color for winter. Freddy had 'em on sale for 99 cents so I loaded up with purple & white. I had to work around scattered showers most of the day but the job is done. Now, it's time for the feedbag! ☺
