No cure for the cold virus unfortunately, and since the virus mutates, there probably won't be one for eons. I've had all the "old" virus ones,so I keep my fingers crossed each time I go to the grocery store and other places that I don't pick up a new variety. I hate to sound OCD, but I do keep a container of anti-bacterial wipes in my car. I always wipe the grocery cart handle if the store has wipes. Careful as we try to be there is always some way we pick up these nasties.
Carol - I thought I was being pretty good about cold screening but I guess I need to work on it. I have a bottle of hand sanitizer in my car and I'm constantly using it but apparently it wasn't enough. I went out to a big box store late last week & obviously picked up the bug. I've always said that the only cure for the common cold was ten days getting over it. That means I've got about a week left until it's completely gone. Will somebody just shoot me... please?

Today's cover shot: More of Mother Nature's brilliant fall colors.
I'm still hibernating with my cold. I can't say it's any worse but it's no better either. I figure a couple of more days......

Mr. Ed It could be worse, I'm not sure how, but I'm sure it could be.
We had to take Oscar to the vet today for some dental work. He has three less teeth and I'm hoping this will make him feel better.
