Cold and blowing snow. I should have stayed home today.
Travel da1. Onward to Phoenix to see what I've won! A couple of surprises from the suits yesterday. Auntie Em made some will changes I didn't know about. Good surprises in my favor. More later.

The surprises were all undeveloped property my uncle had purchased before he died several years ago. One of them is in Pahrump, Nevada... a little town about 60 miles west of Las Vegas. So, I took a side trip today to take a look at it. Nothing much to see except Nevada countryside, sagebrush and sand.
So, now it's on to Phoenix. That piece is probably the same...... just nothing to see except what my uncle envisioned for it.
So are there large sand castles in the future?
Ummmmmmm...... I don't think so! You need water for that and That's a commodity that is scarce in Arizona.
