THIT!!! Have a GREAT one!

Today's cover shot: The first full moon of the new year and it also appears as the smallest. The second half of the cover pix is an experimental flash-free night shot.

Me. Ed it looks like your experiment worked.

Mariposa - I've mentioned it before but I love my Nikon! That camera can make any "IDIOT" look GOOD!

It is 3:30 in the morning and Oscar has decided it is time to harass the hamster.

I hear the best half hour of sleep you get is the half hour right before the alarm goes off!

Mariposa - There's no way I can survive without sleep. If I don't get enough at night, I end up falling asleep in the middle of the day. That would not work if I had to punch a time-clock!

My problem is I fall asleep early then wake up at o dark thirty and have a hard time getting back to sleep.

Mariposa - I never fall asleep early but I know all about that waking up and then not getting back to sleep. I usually end up sleeping in an overstuffed chair. It just fits my butt better than the bed does I guess. Speaking of which.... that chair is where I just woke up.

I always sleep in a chair. The body hurts way too much if I sleep in a bed.

Great cover shots!!

I go to bed early because I need lots of sleep. Always have. I usually am wide awake and ready for my day at 5:00am. I have had those nights where I do wake up at 1:00am and can't get back to sleep until about 4:00, but thankfully they are rare.

Cold and foggy this morning. I'm waiting for Spring :)

Carol - I've got some tulips up! Nothing unusual there though. These early risers usually end up covered with snow.

Home at last! Twelve hours today, but the downtown store is all packed up and ready to move.
