Today's cover shot: The title is nothing sexist... I swear! They're called "go-go dancers because they tend to sway and gyrate in the wind. They "dance" because they are exposed to the full force of the wind & have nothing to block it. The older they get, the more rigid and less flexible they become.... Ummmmm..... Sound familiar?

Feliz Domingo! Have a happy Sunday!

Mariposa - Left over from yesterday: You've had over 45 inches of SNOW????? I'm going to stop complaining about the lousy 12 inches I got and the three inches that turned Portland into a parking lot. Maybe I'll just keep on grousing about the stupid drivers who didn't know how to drive in it..... Actually I've gotten quite a bit in The Heights but I don't have to LIVE in THAT!

My friend in Pa says he has no more room to put the snow he has plowed in his cul-de-sac. They have had record snowfall this year too. I think most of the country has broken their records.
The entire West Coast needs moisture tho' - we are only 50% of normal right now, even with this rain. Also the rain has washed a lot of the small snow pack on Mt Hood away.

Looks like we should get a warm up this week. That should get rid of some of the snow.
