Sunday... and it's Mother's Day... a day to do something nice for your mother. If you are a mother.... make the most of your day and just enjoy the extra attention. For the rest of us who aren't mothers and no longer have a mother with us... it's just another day but enjoy it to "the max" anyway!
So nobody will be surprised, I have been invited on an Alaskan Cruise in a couple of weeks and I'm considering going. It's one cruise I've never taken so it might be fun. It's only for a week so the cats probably will survive with their sitter okay.
It was a full day here at mi casa... lots of work. I had to overhaul my pond pump setup... it was dying of old age I think. The hoses were getting pretty flimsy & starting to leak. It's always somethin'!!!! But, maybe it'll keep the koi happy for a while. It was good weather for it... highs in the low 70s & lots of sunshine.
Out to dinner... Mexican tonight I think. Yeah, that'll work!
Dinner turned out to be Pollo en Mole... Chicken in brown sauce. Very TASTY!
