Welcome to the longest day of the year. We officially slipped into Summer in the wee small hours this morning. Ummmmmmm..... I hate to mention it but from here it's all downhill as the daylight hours are a little less each day and the downward slide to winter has begun. So, enjoy a GREAT Saturday... the first day of Summer!
Yeah, too bad summer seems so short and winter seems to go on forever.
It's pretty this morning - should be nice for a few days.
I'm finishing the basement floor this morning....white, high-gloss ENAMEL paint. Last time my grandson did it but that was 3 years ago so it needed another coat. Looks great! Smells strong!! Windows and doors all open :)
Had to do the paint job in 2 + sessions so we have a pathway to reach needed things. Pain in the butt doing it that way but necessary.
Carol - It beats painting yourself into a corner....
Boy, I'll say! It's all done now and will be dry to walk on sometime Monday. We'll have fun jumping over the wet parts till then :)
