Mr. Ed. My old car was a 2003 Impala. It's not perfect but it is so much better than what she had. I now have hubby's 2010 Impala. Come to think of it I'm pretty happy too.

Mariposa - I think the Impala was one of the cars affected by the ignition switch problem??? Hubby took care of that little detail, right? I remember that because a friend has an '11 and got the recall notice...
That little squirrel is just sweet!!
We have one that like to dig in one of my larger planters. He/she doesn't do it if the planter has been watered but if the dirt is just barely damp, we find a good part of it on the patio. I've swept it up and put it back at least 5 times. There isn't anything in the "hole" so I don't know why this keeps happening.
Carol - If it's a small squirrel it probably is a ground squirrel and they are natural 'burrowers'. They will dig under your foundation if they decide they want to get into your crawl space.
It's on the recall list. The dealership just got the part in so hubby will need to bring me to work one day so he can get it fixed.
