Saturday!!!! We made it. The blessed sanctity of the weekend. I wonder if it's possible to sleep in.... ummmmmmmmmm..... probably not but it's a nice thought. I'm usually up between four and six in the morning... just because I can't seem to sleep much past that point.
What's on your plate today? We're still fighting the cold here in the swamp but it's not so bad you can't live with it. Grandpa Jade has been nice and comfy between 40 & 50ยบ every night while the temps outside have dipped into the teens. But, his greenhouse keeps him happy & he looks like he's about ready to bloom. He seems to find a way to do that every winter no matter what the weather outside is doing. There is no way an 85 year old plant is going to die on my shift!!!!
Rainy and in the 50s for the next couple of days. Then the bottom drops out and we get the polar vortex dropping by next week.
