Looks so pretty. I can almost smell it.
Unfortunately the deer can smell it also. It's a constant battle to keep them out of the flower beds. That's what I get for planting deer candy!

Here in the swamp, my plantings are classified as either "flowers" or "deer food". Flowers are the things that taste terrible or are toxic to deer and they won't touch. Therefore, the only flowers I've got are my daffodils. They don't seem to like marigolds but they routinely pull them out of the ground and just leave the plant to die. They'll eat a tulip down to the bulb but won't touch a daffy planted right next to it. They even eat geraniums and there's no flower going that smells that bad. I use a deer repellant spray on almost everything and it's systemic so it lasts a long time even in the rain but I have to respray every two months. The down side to the spray is the smell when it is first put on and still wet... not real strong but kind of a mix between rotten eggs and garlic with a hint of something else I haven't yet figured out. For some reason I also haven't figured out, the repellant doesn't affect to flower smell yet the deer will not touch a flower on a plant that has been sprayed. These are the things I ponder in the wee small hours of the morning when I can't sleep. Why do the deer smell it when I can't??????
