TGIF!!! And, as a bonus we're supposed to get some moisture here in the swamp. The frogs will be in hog heaven! Come to think of it I'll also be kind of happy to see it happen. A couple of inches of rain would certainly take the edge off the fire danger. But, we'll see what Mother Nature gives us..........
No rain this morning. Just 70ยบ with the sun peeking through a light cloud cover. The weather-guessers are wrong yet again. But, there's nothing new in that so just move along folks..........
The weekend is here. Hubby has a gig tonight but I think I'll skip it. I'm tired and I don't feel like driving.
I made it! It's officially "Bud" time! And as anticipated the predicted rain was a no show!! Those weather geeks couldn't get it right if it jumped out of the pond and bit them in the butt! I read somewhere that they are wrong 97% percent of the time but I don't think they're even that accurate. I've got a better percentage
than that just looking out the window.
Dinner and drinks out with friends and my side dish du jour tonight. Fun!
