How is the "potty mouth" you turned in taking it????
Today's cover shot: One of my resident Red Tail Hawks. This one appears to be a female but I don't think she had any chicks this year. If she had they would have taken to the sky before now and I haven't seen any sign of them. It's not unusual for raptors to skip a year if conditions aren't just right.
Potty mouth is still ranting and raving, I'm going to give him enough rope to hang himself.
And the rope just keeps coming off the reel.
Do you have an IPhone you can record him with? I know of one GM that got taken down by one left running while he berated employees. A small recorder available from any of the big box stores that handle electronics would work but the Iphone would put a date stamp on it. It would be like shooting fish in a barrel. Unless he goes completely psycho he's not much of a threat but watch your back anyway. You don't want to see him come after you with an assault rifle.
I'm leaning toward the they won't do anything about him. Good old boys club around here. Might be time to start hunting.
Bummer! But document everything so you have more than empty pockets if it should ever come to a legal "OFFICIAL" workplace complaint for wrongful discharge or harassment. When you get into a fight with inept management expect and plan for the worst case scenario. I've never seen a "good old boys club" that wouldn't toss a squeaky wheel to the wolves without batting an eye.
