The local boys fought long and hard yesterday , unfortunately they came up short again. It was the same match up as last year for the state title, and the result was the same. They scored 21 points in three and a half minutes to take the lead late in the game, unfortunately the other team scored twice in 12 seconds to take it back. It was a great game and they left everything they had on the field.
Gotta love a barn burner even when you fall short if it was the best you had. It sounds like they have a great football program that's missing one key piece.
