Today's cover shot: Normally seen in very vibrant orange with black contrast. this poppy is equally breath-taking in pink. It's new to my flower beds this year. Who'd-a-thunk!
Saturday's upon us and the rain is supposed to be continuous... naturally!!!!! But, I refuse to let it dampen my day!
I somehow survived the open house. The only problem was I was too tired to sleep last night. I hate when that happens.
Rained most of yesterday, sunny,hot,and humid today. I'm staying inside.
When I have problems sleeping I take a Nyquil gelcap. Just one and I'm out for the night with no morning hangover. It's just antihistamine but it puts you right out. I used to take a prescription but it had so many side affects... including eye problems... so I dumped them down the drain. I've got enough medical problems without adding more to the list.
The open house went well???
Lots of people through for the open house, but I'm not sure about sales. I'm just glad it's over.
