I know it's been dry, but I'm really getting tired of all the rain. We could use a couple of dry days.
We'll be pushing triple digits for the next few days, probably through the weekend, here in this end of the swamp. The talking heads are babbling on about a ridge of high pressure or something.... it's always something! As long as it doesn't involve lightning I can peacefully coexist with whatever it throws at me. It's always cooler under the canopy of my trees. Of course it's always about 15ยบ hotter on the seat of a tractor so there definitely is a downside if I'm dumb enough to go there.
