Today's cover shot: "W" has definitely set in in the heights. It may all melt off before Christmas but for now Aspen Hill (practically my back yard) is covered. Our ski resorts are off and running although the snow pack is still a little light. We typically see snow in the upper elevations from about mid October on but it usually doesn't survive too well before Thanksgiving. This year has been slightly different because it is starting to build up and not just melt off.
Tuesday! What to do, what to do? Oh well, I'll figure out something.... even if it's wrong.
