Well THIT!!! And, when you've thaid thit, you've thaid it all!
Today's cover shot is just one of my Exbury Azaleas. I love the color of this one. It's almost bright enough to require sunglasses for viewing! I've got several of them and each one is unique in its color from hot pink, to blazing red, orange and yellow.
Despite all the adversity in the world, have a happy Thursday everyone!
Carl, thanks for the name of those Azaleas. I see them all over and love the deep, bright orange color. Also love the yellow. I have always referred to those as Mollis Azaleas.
Well that pesky Jr Parade is over for another year and I am glad the rain held off until today. No one wants to see it "rain on a parade"...well, almost no one.
I never dreamed I had that kind of power. The rain has stopped & the sun is out. I probably shouldn't take credit for it though. If I did I'd probably have to take the blame when it goes south once again in about an hour. But, it's going to make a nice drive to lunch... if it just lasts a while. Let's see, what's for lunch today? I wish my little hot dog stand hadn't permanently closed up shop. I may have to go "pot luck" & see what looks good when I get there!
I was rooting for the bunny... I figured it was the under.... er... um.... bunny! The kitten was adorable when it surrendered through.
Lunch was a very wholesome chili-dog with cheese & onions from DQ. The craving for a chili-dog just won out. Now, if they only served kraut-polish dogs they'd have a "once in a while" customer. Their dogs just don't compare to what I'm used to!
What is the bunny vs cat thingy...I must have missed something.
Carl, your lunch gave me tummy-burn and that was just reading about it. At least you got some fiber with the chili. I made a potato salad for dinner, that with the savory rottisiere (sp) chicken and baked beans should fill us up.
Carol - Your dinner sounded like a meal fit for royalty! Going to that much trouble for just one person though is just a total waste of time and effort for me. If I can't do it in one dish or handle it in one hand... it's beyond my home cooking endeavors.

I'm not sure who is cuter the bunny or the cat.
Carl love the color on the flower. What did you decide on for lunch?
Still trying to stay creative on giving the pooch her meds, tonight wrapping it in cheese worked, tomorrow who knows.

Carol - It's a video of a bunny & a kitten having mock combat. It's on the cover page as an AWWWWWWWW moment. I added it late.
