Pretty color on the trees. We are just starting to get some color here.

Happy Saturday!

Mariposa - It's only been over the past week or so that the change has really gotten serious. Aspen Hill is just a little higher elevation from mi casa & it really surprised me at the color I found. But, now we've got full color down to the lowest elevations too.... just that quick!

You're working today? Hopefully it'll go quick!

Feliz Sabado!

I'm working today, and it looks like I'll be working lots of Saturdays for a while. The new store will open Nov. 4th. Today we start taking stock to it. Freddy will be in also, but he has been told if he is coming in he better work. We are both starting early 6:30 instead of 8:00. I might try for another hour of sleep before I go in.

Beautiful cover shot!!
A lot of the trees in our area are getting very pretty. Mostly the birch and willow (some of those have lost all their leaves already). There are some that turn a beautiful red...don't know what type of tree they are. The many Elms are just beginning to turn, they have about a month before they are golden. I love going down the street that has them on each side, the whole street is bathed in 'gold'.

Hoo doggies!!!!!!!!!!! How 'bout those DUCKS! 45 -24 over their arch-rival the Huskies. It wasn't pretty at times but a win is a WIN!

I didn't get to watch the game but I wish I had been able to. My Beavs destroyed Washington State 52 -24. They're on such a dramatic turn-around from last year.... ya gotta love 'em!
