Eye treatment day today! Nothing like getting a shot in the eye first thing in the morning. Grumble, grumble! I guess I should be grateful I can see!!! Better living through chemistry!
The swamp is finally getting a break from the stagnant weather Oregon's been having. It's been really dry so far but the first of several winter storms waded ashore this afternoon. Not much weather so far but the gurus are promising rain and lots of higher elevation snow. Maybe I should believe it when I see it but you know how "hope" is..... I baited the possibility by getting my car washed. That usually works every time..... Oregonians NEED rain or our skin dies out and cracks wide open. It's kinda gucky when that happens & everyone can see what we're made of.
Mr.Ed, as our former governor Tom McCall said "in Oregon we don't tan, we rust."
I am so glad of the warmer temps and the rain. Our bike ride was nice.

Carol - It's just an another shot. I get them every six weeks now. It's responding but vision in that eye is still just 20 60. That's probably as good as it will ever get but at least it's not going backward. And, the good thing is that my corrected vision (with my glasses) is 20 20. ☺
I love the sound of rain on the roof! I didn't realize I missed it until it started to pour buckets here in the swamp.
