Today's cover shot: Tulips have gone crazy... must be the nice weather. Now, if I could just get the deer to leave them alone.... Right! Good luck on that! They favor the pinks and purples for some reason.
I came home from dinner and the Internet was down again. What's going on with that???? Now I'll have to wait until Monday to find out what's up. I hope it behaves itself the rest of the weekend.
Beautiful tulips!!! I love those flowers and wish they lasted all thru the summer. I bought some silk ones that defy the eye, you'd think they were real! I put them in "the ORANGE room"...LOL. They look so festive in the vase of swirled glass that is in reds, oranges, yellows and a touch of blue. I found the silk tulips in just those colors with a few stems of silk Delphinium. I also got some Mums (silk) in those colors for use in the Fall...I won't have the blue in with them then tho, doesn't match the season and I'm picky about that.
It's supposed to be partly sunny tomorrow so I'll try to get a picture of the front yard/house/roof.
Saturday - My day with the cleanup chores. First up... the pressure washer for the concrete areas like patio and driveway/sidewalks. Groannnn!!!!! But, the weather looks good so on with the task...
Well.... the weather looked good until it started raining. Such is life in the swamp. Oh well! I was getting wet from the pressure washer anyway.
More work done in my flower beds today. Finished off the roses, and planted a few flowers for some color.
