Today's cover shot - Just an unusual sun effect. I'm on the lookout for the blood moon but I doubt it will make a showing here in the swamp. The sky is pretty socked in with clouds right now.

So far I've only had brief glimpses of the eclipse and subsequent Blood Moon effect. Here at mi casa it's been too cloudy for a clear view. Mostly I've been seeing just the glow of the moon behind the clouds.... very exciting.... NOT! I've had my Nikon set up just in case but.... Bummer!
At least it's not snowing where you're at. Will winter ever go away?
Mariposa, from last night, you said your hubby was the one singing but there are 2 of them singing...one older (with white hair) and the lead singer. Which one? They have nice voices.
Worked myself silly in the yard yesterday but got a lot done. The roofers are done and the roof looks great (garage too)...glad it's done as it was very noisy for a few days.
There was accidental damage to the second story in a small room we use as storage but they will be out on Friday to fix it. Great Company to do business with. Gibson Roofing - in Canby. I will highly recommend them.

Mariposa - I think the schedule for Ohio shows that winter will go away in August and won't be back for two whole months.... wheee! I did notice though that monsoon rains, thunderstorms, and copious tornadoes are booked into that two months.
Oooh! Oooh! Tax Day! Been there... done that! Already got my refunds back. I love my accountant....
