Today's cover shot: Just a little rodent. It is the favorite food of so many of the predators. It's a good thing they are prolific breeders. It's a matter of supply and demand.
Carol - Left over from yesterday -Why did the roofers take your bark??? Was it a case where they got too much debris in it? I've never heard of a company doing that but if that's the case.... good for them! Your home is going to look so good when you get done with it.... I've got a couple of remodeling projects I've been procrastinating on doing but I think I'm about ready to quit putting them off and just get it done.
Mr. Ed...the roofers were just cleaning up the borders where the debris from the roof had fallen, and don't think they even noticed what was being blown away by the leaf-blower. I didn't really care since it was old and thin and we were going to get new stuff this spring anyway. I'm just happy with the way they cleaned up everything.
We got the new bark mulch spread in front and most of the back. We will share the remainder with the neighbors. Everything looks great, I'll try to get some pics when the sun comes back.
I see so few weekends I have to use my imagination. I think I remember what to do when I don't work but I'm not sure. Could you give me a refresher course.....
Mariposa - Being a farmer.... so to speak... I end up working weekends too. As I remember it though, you park your butt doing something you want... and if you want to just put your feet up and suck down a brewski it's okay! Actually, I spend a lot of my weekend time out-'n-about with my Nikon looking for something interesting to shoot.

That means if I don't want to get out of my recliner I don't have too?
Whatever floats your boat or tats your quilt... or whatever it is that you do to it.
