Today's cover shot: Another relic of a bygone era. Some of these old homes aren't safe to even enter but I love to walk through them to feel their essence when I can. Most of them have been stripped of anything of any relevance but the ambiance of their glory years is still there and if you just listen, what a story they tell. This old girl had crayon "wall art" in one upstairs bedroom... testimony to the obvious that it was once home to a family and children... but the whispers never revealed who and when...
