Today's cover shot: One of the hottest spots in the flower beds... The Bee Balm is an attractant for anything that likes super sweet nectar... butterflies, Hummers... but not so much the ants and aphids for some reason.

Sunday....... Where'd Saturday go? I blinked and it just vanished. Oh well! I've got a date for breakfast... eggs benedict again. It's getting to be a pattern I think! But, come to think of it, I've fallen into far worse patterns than this one and survived.

Hubby and the band are hitting the studio today to start recording. Hubby says it's their dream come true not his, he is just along for the ride.
I think I see a quiet day with my fabric .

I forget... He plays what in the band???? Dreams are good for you.... much better than the nightmares they can become! What does studio time go for these days???

He plays bass. I don't have a clue what it's costing, I stay out of his hobby. I just go along for the ride. Not my circus, not my monkeys.

Mariposa - It's probably worth every penny and much better than a lot of things he could be involved in. Collecting stuff isn't cheap and requires a lot of storage space!

Tell me about the space thing, you have no idea how much of his equipment I trip over. I'll just go hide in my little sewing romantic now.

I have a friend who collects toy cars...... has a complete room in his basement with nothing but shelves & displays of thousands of them. I have several vintage cars & now have a shop dedicated to their storage... 2000 square feet to keep them clean and dry. As they say.... "boys and their toys"! Mermaid was 45' of toy I sold for a lot more than I ever thought I'd get for her! Be glad you only have amps and an instrument. He just needs a room of his own.... a man cave... kinda like a male version of your quilting room... to keep it out of your way. A closet just won't do!
