♫♫ TGIF!!!!♪ ♫♫ Oops! It's Friday the 13th! Be careful out there. Watch out for black cats walking under ladders& or breaking mirrors. They have enough problems without making it worse for themselves!

Gorgeous day here in the swamp today..... highs in the mid 70s so far & just little powder puff clouds dotting the sky. It don't get much better than that!
Out for dinner, drinks, & social schmoozing with friends & my side dish tonight. Nothing heavy & hopefully tons of fun. I need it! Then, this weekend I'm working to close a deal on another piece of property I'm thinking about buying. I've got a friend that wants to sell out & get away from everything. Always something! ☺
It was a nice day here, but a cold front moving in will mess with the weekend.
