I couldn't have said it any better.
Oops! Don't know where my brain was when I originally identified this cover shot as a Peony. You'd think I'd be able to immediately identify the Pacific Northwest's most prolific wild shrub.... mumble.... mumble..... Oh well, the month of July can only go up from here! I'll be over here wiping the egg off............
I just thought they were blooming awfully late for peonies.
I put up a few pictures of what I have blooming. Darn things are going crazy.
