Today's cover shot... Our Harvest Moon rising over the Heights. We lucked out with a perfectly clear sky. The low angle above the horizon and just enough pollution in the air provides great size and color.
If the weather bureau is correct, this first weekend of fall is going to be very "fall" like here in the swamp. They're saying it's going to be very blustery and wet. Maybe, for once, the talking heads were correct. We'll see!
Vacations are soooo nice. I can do what I want when I want to do it :)
This week I made a Folded Compass My sister talked me into giving it to my niece, so it has all ready moved to its new home.
Mariposa - That Folded Compass is very NEAT! It's different enough that it really appeals to me.
Keep enjoying the vacation. Way too soon it'll just be memories so make them worth remembering.
